These terms apply when you use SellHub Market ("SellHub", "we", "us") as a customer or as a seller. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

What SellHub is

SellHub is a platform that lets sellers run online stores and lets customers buy from them. Sellers are independent businesses. They are responsible for their products, their descriptions and prices, and for delivering what they sell. SellHub provides the platform, payments, verification and support.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to open a seller account.

Sellers

• A seller must submit a valid government ID and a selfie, and have the identity verified by SellHub, before posting products.
• Documents you submit must be genuine and belong to you. Fake documents lead to permanent removal.
• You may only list items you are legally allowed to sell and that you can deliver. Illegal goods, counterfeit goods, stolen goods and anything harmful are not allowed.
• You must describe products honestly, ship orders promptly, and keep order status and tracking up to date.
• Your share of an order is added to your SellHub wallet when the order is placed. If the order is cancelled, that amount is taken back and the customer is refunded.
• To withdraw, you submit a withdrawal request to a bank account in your name. We review each request and pay it manually.

Customers

• You add money to your SellHub wallet through Paystack and pay for orders from that wallet.
• Check the product, price, delivery address and phone number before you confirm an order.
• If something goes wrong with an order, report it from your orders page so our team can review it.

Fees

A small service fee applies when a customer pays for an order, and a small fee applies when a seller withdraws money. Fees, including any Paystack charge on a deposit, are shown before you confirm. We may change fees, and the change applies to later transactions.

Reports and disputes

Customers can report an order. We review the report, may contact both the customer and the seller, and decide how to resolve it. Where a report is valid we work to put it right, which can include a refund. Our decision is final on the platform, but it does not remove anyone's legal rights.

Warnings, suspension and removal

We may warn, suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, misleads customers, or puts others at risk. Money owed to a suspended seller may be held while we investigate.

Our responsibility

We work to keep SellHub running and safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We are not the seller of the goods on SellHub, and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for a seller's products, delivery or conduct. Nothing here limits any right you have under Nigerian law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using SellHub after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
